Dr Bart Bellamy

Dr. Bart Bellamy is a Board-Certified Family Physician who has been in private practice since 2005. He has a passion for Family Medicine because it allows him to develop long-term relationships with patients and their families.
He finds fulfillment in providing care for multiple generations and patients of all ages. Dr. Bellamy believes the most valuable aspect of excellent medical care is getting to know his patients on a personal level. He approaches each patient with a holistic mindset and values their questions and choices as they work together as a team to provide care and prevent disease.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Bellamy and his wife, Lea, stay busy with their two children's activities. He enjoys outdoor activities, exercising, reading, good food, sports, and most importantly, spending quality time with family and friends.
Taylor Mowinkel

Taylor Mowinkel, DNP, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in family health. She has a comprehensive background in rural health, trauma and orthopedic surgery.
She has a particular interest in caring for patients of all ages with the focus on preventative care and chronic disease management. Taylor earned her bachelors in nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences.
While working as a progressive trauma nurse, she attended Creighton University's College of Nursing and earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a focus in Family. Taylor is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She is passionate about patient education, empowering patients to take an active role in their health as well as building long-lasting relationships with the entire family.
When Taylor is not at the office you can count on her spending time with her husband, Derek, two children, Kane and Kooper, and their two dogs, Avery and Ellie. When Taylor has a little time away from her "mom duties" she will most likely be enjoying the outdoors on a big-game hunting trip.
Bailey Keithley

Bailey Keithley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients of all ages. She believes in building trusting relationships with patients and their families while partnering with them to achieve their goals through prevention, education, and personalized treatment.
Bailey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences before working as a registered nurse in progressive care and caring for patients across a variety of medical specialties. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Bailey has a special interest in preventative medicine, women's health, pediatrics, and the management of acute and chronic conditions. She enjoys helping patients navigate every stage of life and is passionate about empowering them with the knowledge and resources needed to make informed healthcare decisions.
Outside of the clinic, Bailey enjoys spending time with her husband Jeremy, and their two young daughters. She loves staying active, spending time outdoors, traveling with her family, and finding opportunities to try something new.
